Develop community GHG reduction goals and performance measures. Regularly update and publicize for community to track their progress.
Portland published a detailed Climate Action Plan Progress Report in 2017.
Boulder Measures was developed by the community, and provides web pages displaying data related to city programs and community indicators, organized according to the city’s Sustainability + Resilience Framework. (The city also makes the underlying data available in easily usable form through its Open Data Catalog.)
