Evaluate feasibility of utilizing kinetic energy from transport of water and wastewater through piping networks.

Research feasibility of program to digest Food, Oils, and Grease (FOG) and/or commercial food waste at LOTT to recover energy and increase methane production and present to policy makers for consideration.

Build a dry anaerobic digester with associated combined heat and power facility to process organics and agricultural waste.
