Neighborhood and community organizations supporting electrification
Electrify PDX is a volunteer group helping people develop electrification plans, and creating a community network to share tips, lessons and resources. (They also provide yard signs for homes that have started the process, and for home that have fully electrified.)
Portland’s Community Energy Project is supported by the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund, and runs programs including free home energy scores (HERS scores); online education resources; home repair, efficiency, and electrification upgrades for low-income houses; and an energy concierge service.
