Turnkey Retrofit has developed an integrated renovation service combining a digital assessment of alternatives and a first cost estimate based on publicly available data for the address; behavioral nudges to encourage efficiency; actual estimates from selected local contractors using a integrated methodology and standard pre-contractual arrangements; guidance about local financing opportunities; quality control by stakeholders through mobile apps, and commisioning and post-assessment of the results.
The EuroPace project did a webinar about nine European integrated solutions programs for multifamily housing.
