The Orca for All campaign, which is working to get Seattle to require major employers and government contractors to provide unlimited bus passes to their workers, did a report about the effectiveness of other employee transit pass programs.
(Transit benefit ordinances, which offer employees a pre-tax deduction for the expense of commuting to work using transit, are an closely related option.)
