Express Credit Union, in Seattle, offers loans for new and used EVs at 0.50% less than their loans for conventional cars, through a program with Plug In America. There’s an on-line application process; they contact you for income verification, and say you can expect a reply about a loan in one to three days. They also have flyers about the program in various languages, and offer access to an experienced EV owner as a mentor to assist in the car buying process if approved borrowers are interested.
